About

Based on the Big Island of Hawaii, Rubbah Slippah Productions provides services in all aspects of the music business. Established in 2005, "RSP" is owned and operated by Na Hoku Hanohano award winning recording artist and music producer, Ryan Hiraoka. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music and over two decades of live music experience, Ryan and the RSP brand continues to be an influential part of the Hawaii music industry.

Using Apple's Logic Pro application, our in house studio is able to create high quality recordings at an affordable price. Our new UAD Apollo 8p audio interface and external preamps have the capability of recording up to 16 inputs at once. We have an arsenal of live musical instruments, as well as a vast library of virtual instruments which include MPC samples, Komplete, and Ivory Grand Pianos. Sit back as we mix your song using industry standard plug ins by Waves and Universal Audio. Track your vocals on our AKG C414 XL II microphone and listen to your mixes come together on our Yamaha and Avantone studio monitors. What ever you need, our production team has got you covered.

If you decide to sign a contract with our record label, we will release your music on iTunes, as well as all other major digital outlets. If desired, we can also print physical CDs and sell them on our website. If you allow us to publish your songs, our publishing company will register your original music with ASCAP and submit them to all major radio stations in the state of Hawaii. We will also submit your catalog to various digital radio stations around the world. Free artist consultation is provided to all recording artists interested in working with our company. So if you are looking for the right brand to represent your music, look no further than Rubbah Slippah Productions.
